For optimal performance of your TRE STARSHearingAid HERMES, you should change your tubing and domes every 3 months. Over time and with frequent use, tubing and domes become more stiff and discolored. They will not fit as well, and sound resonance will be less than optimal.  Please note that accessory kits cannot be returned.

Standard  orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.  Standard Shipping vary depending on the destination's country. (Please note, accessory kits cannot be returned for a refund).
